I’m currently in Aberdeen, catching up with some creative folks I have not seen for a long time and among other things, we’ve been shooting portraits and images of ourselves performing with fire which I would like to share! Enjoy! Spiral Wrap  

Thanks to the antics of the questionably sane National Express coach drivers on the 12-hour ride down from Aberdeen – namely putting the air conditioning on ‘cold’ when it was sub zero outside – I now have some horrendous viral infection. What on earth possessed the driver of my coach to London to flip on the air conditioning when it’s -3 outside? Aberdeen was, as usual, lots of fun. Despite our main gig being cancelled last minute, a productive time was had! We made jelly, watched films, caught up with people, entertained some randoms and generally had a good giggle. Now my mouth is missing its lining after the boiling hot tea I had to ingest to get warm at a service station. ...

After my lovely trip up to the Frozen North to catch up with friends long absent I brought back tunes, videos and stories! A couple of weeks ago, I travelled up to Aberdeen in sunny Scotland to catch up with (and meet) my friend Cat, whom (or is it who) I initially got to know through the Playpoi Bali retreat, and a bunch of other disparate strangers all of the flow arts persuasion.
