I dusted off my camera and took it outside over the weekend while Spring was doing its utmost to make itself felt in the air and got these out of 10 minutes’ worth of snapping! Nature is pretty amazing at times!  It could be a tulip or for all I know, a spaceship!

I’ve had this conversation with a few people now and the overwhelming consensus is towards agreement. In the UK, the police operate on the basis of *policing by consent.* That doesn’t mean that the police can only arrest you if you *agree* to your arrest – that would be ludicrous. That dreaded messageI had a very narrow escape with these photos. Midway through my photo walkabout, the camera flashed up this dreaded message. So I promptly shut my camera down, and prayed. Fortunately, I was able to recover the images from the card, for the most part, thanks to PhotoRec, a free piece of SD card recovery software that does block-level scans of the SD card and pieces together your files. ...

I came across thus poster and it’s long overdue. Especially after all the cyclists being killed by lorries. I remember reading about a woman being killed while undertaking a lorry on a left hand corner and the papers and relatives blaming the driver for driving unsafely. The trouble is that people don’t have common sense and cyclists have a habit of being entitled idiots who assume the road revolves around them. ...

So a while ago, I posted this lovely video of G doing his thing: Well, a few days ago, my long-lost twin brother Joe and crazy Scottish hug monkey Cat came down to visit and we went to do the touristy thing in London by way of Buckingham Palace. We got to the Queen Vic fountain in front and got some toys out for photos. 2 hours later, we left with a video and made a lot of people very happy indeed! ...
